Dieting

I stepped on the scale last night and realized that all the weight I had lost had come back, along with about 10 extra pounds. I'm angry. Very angry. Mostly at myself for not keeping up the work I was doing before and for deciding that I am not worth it. So today it is back on the saddle. Watch my food, drink lots of water, take my vitamins, keep a journal, work out... every day no excuses. So after I get off of here I will go spend an hour on the stationary bike. It's pretty easy exercise because I can watch TV while I do the auto program.
